What else you should know for your holiday with us


Arrival and departure:
Check-in from 2.00 pm, check-out by 10.00 am. Booked days will be charged in the event of early departure or late arrive (no deductions).

Meals:
Winter: when booking only with breakfast - deduction of Euro 10,- Summer: half board in the neighboring hotel possible.

Pets:
only on request

Reduction for children:
up to 3 years: free, 3 to 10 years: 50%, 11 to 18 years: 30%
(in each case when staying in parents’ room)

Short stay surcharge:
up to 3 days Euro 5.- per person and night

Ski passes:
You can get your ski pass easily and conveniently at the reception desk for cash only (same prices as charged at the cableways).

Cancellation:
Only valid in writing. From 3 months up to 1 month before date of arrival we charge 40% of the total room price; up to 1 week before the date of arrival 70%; in the final week before the date of arrival 90%. If fewer people arrive than were originally booked, the full room price will be charged.

Payment terms:
Payment in cash preferred. Payment with EC cards possible (no credit cards!). Reservation confirmation with deposit of
Euro150. Charge-free transfer to our account number at the Raika Paznaun/Galtür

Additional hotel facilities:
Internet surf station, small fitness room, massage room, children’s playroom, pool, table tennis, table football, vacuum cleaner for allergy sufferers
